Perhaps we can help each other. I need help to find wealthy investors. I can provide you a consultant fee of 10% of funds you raise thru your contacts for $400,000 USD and 3% for any investor that wants to invest larger amounts.
I just need a relatively small amount of short term bridge financing, so they need not be involved in the film. Times are tough and so I made my deal unusually fantastic for investors. I will give them as much as I can and it's certainly a better deal than they can find anywhere that I am aware of.

I am seeking an accredited investor(s) to provide $400,000 USD. The investor will get $800,000 USD in 6-12 months when my loan is processed. That's a 100% ROI in less than a year and they are not involved in a more risky film investment.
If you are not interested or do not have time, perhaps you have some contacts who would want to make some very good money very quickly. I can provide them a finders fee of 10%. I am approved for a loan from a private provider to finance my film "The ATMA Study." Everything is ready. I just need the $400,000 USD to pay for my legal fees, due diligence, processing fee and other expenses until the loan is processed. These programs are normally used for real-estate, but are now being used for other businesses. There are no advance fees, just a down payment for the first loan. I have a PDF of the business plan to provide any of your contacts and all my contracts are ready for the investors to sign.
