The development of a good working relationship with clients usually commences with a discussion on whether we can work together and if agreed we then provided a quote and a letter of the terms of engagement. The terms of engagement sets out the obligations of both parties in working together to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome. The work is usually concluded with a review and a sign-off to acknowledge satisfaction of the work done.
Mutual learning and appreciation is what we endeavour to achieve.
Quarterly we devote a day to reflecting on our achievements and look at ways of improving our operations for ourselves and our clients benefit.
We value that Balance is subjected to a Quality Review by the Institute of Chartered Accountants every five years and our Trust Account is audited on an annual basis. The review and audit are requirements of the company holding a Practicing Certificate from the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
