I am a Mechanicl Engr by profession and completed the academic requirement of the Master in Business Administration (MBA, candidate). I worked in various managerial positons in several multi-national semiconductor and pharmaceutical companies here in the Philippines for over 30 years. My major involvement in my engineering and technical works were in the area of constructing new factories and rehabilatating old ones and operating and maintaining on-going facility. I retired from my employment last 2003.

Presently I am working as Century Sales Officer of Century Properties Inc., one of the most prestigious real estate developers, marketers and builders of high-rise & high-end condominiums, house & lot projects and property managers of several companies here in the Philippines.
